Generous Treatment Times
We are here to look after you, so we book out more than the treatment time necessary to ensure your treatment is relaxed and unhurried. We will add 10 minutes onto the treatment time to allow for re-booking appointments etc. Alternatively, use the extra time at the end just to sit and get yourself together before you continue your day.

- Prices and opening times are correct at the time of publishing this page, but are subject to variation without notice.
- Please remember at 'Both' we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. We charge 50% of the fee for cancellations received within 24 hours of the appointment.
- If you do miss an appointment we may require you to pay for your next appointment in advance.
- We may not be able to treat a client who has a medical condition that would be negatively affected by the treatment. We also may not be able to provide a treatment if the condition is contagious. As Nail Specialists, we would not be able to diagnose conditions to the client, however if necessary we would refer the client to their GP.

Policy on breakages
In the unlikely event of a breakage, clients must report instances within 48 hours of application to avoid Bio Sculpture Gel nail repair charges.
Hygiene
A very high standard of hygiene is maintained with cleanliness being paramount. All tools are sterilised, and other implements are disinfected to a high standard. Disinfectant solutions such as barbicide are used and implements are always cleaned between clients.
None of the products I use contain MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) which is a dangerous chemical used in some nail applications.
